RoundPing started with a simple observation: on the busiest nights, the bar line is where the night stalls. People wait twenty minutes for a drink, skip the next round, or give up and go somewhere else, and bartenders spend the night taking orders over the noise instead of making drinks.
We're building a simpler way to order. Guests order and pay from their phone, bartenders get a clean queue, and the bar sells more without adding staff.
We're starting with a small group of founding bars in downtown Syracuse. That means every partner gets our full attention: we set everything up, load your menu, and are there in person on your first busy nights.
